Washington Prime has the privilege of framing the corner of Washington Street and Water Street, capturing the energy of a modern-day Eating + Drinking Well, both on the inside and from the surrounding waterfront neighborhood.
Artfully designed, the bar is framed in natural stone, a white Carrera bar top, green ivy backsplash, reclaimed timber shelving, and wooden trellis beams above with a canopy of dangling lights. High-top seating throughout the bar and front dining area gives way to a second dining space. Traditional dining tables are crafted from dark walnut wood, half-moon banquettes with burgundy vintage leather, all flanked by an ivy wall hedge and mosaic wood panels above. Polished cement flooring, iron beams above, concrete columns, and whimsical lighting throughout speaks to the space’s urban footprint of the old Ironworks building.
The steakhouse centric menu is a bit of Americana with cross-cultural influences. Steaks are USDA Prime Certified and aged before being placed in a 900-degree specialized broiler, allowing for that true Chicago steakhouse char. Market fresh fish, adventurous small plates, and hearty steakhouse sides round out this innovative land and sea menu.
The beverage program embraces today’s classic cocktail culture from brown spirits, mashes, and mules, to their uber-popular “Prime” margaritas and martinis leading the charge. A curated global wine list and craft beer selection round out Washington Prime’s extensive bar offerings. Private dining room with AV capability seats up to 18 people.
