A Classics Class, taught by The Master and his Apprentice!
Shawn Longyear and Sean Nye will teach "students" how to make 5 classic cocktails to be enjoyed with a 4 course tasting of classic foods prepared by Chef Carlos Baez. There will be an opening, stand-alone, cocktail followed by a pairing of for the remaining 4 cocktails and food.
We will gather at 7pm and ring the bell at 7:30 for class to begin.
Cocktail Creations Include:
Catching the Bus- Fall Spritzer (apple cider syrup, orange liqueur, prosecco)
First Period- New England Clam Chowder
Gin Gimlet- (Uncle Val's gin, lime juice, simple syrup)
Homeroom- Cacio e Pepe Pasta
Rum Old Fashioned (Diplomatico reserve rum, simple syrup, bitters, peychauds)
Recess- Kobe Beef Cheeseburger Slider and Fries
Bourbon Manhattan (American bourbon whiskey, Grand Marnier, sweet vermouth, bitters)
Fall Cider (Zaya rum, cider batter, cider mix, nutmeg)
Gratuity not included.
